First let me thank you for opening and reading this missive. We wanted to let
you know that we (The Catalano Way Group & Way Architects, P.C.) have just
hosted a very successful Neighborhood / Marketing meeting in South Eastern Colorado
Springs to announce and discuss the re-vitalization of a Town Home project,
known as Cima Vista, located on the SE corner of Murray Boulevard and Airport
Road.
I have also enclosed a couple of other relevant documents and our brochure.
The first document contains our announcement to the neighborhood about what
we are planning on doing, and asking for their input into the design process
as well as their level of interest in purchasing one of the units. Our goal
was to use this meeting to inform the neighborhood of our intentions, invite
their input and participation in the design process, and finally to introduce
our project concepts to interested builders. Since you weren’t aware of
or able to attend this meeting I have also attached the document that explains
our unique approach and the opportunity we are looking to provide to a select
group of builders who would be interested in participating in this re-conceptualized
Town Home development.
I hope you will read the attached documents and our brochure but for your convenience
I have also included a small-scale map at the bottom of this document that shows
